Project Description

The PPRC is developing Organic Semicondictors, with the main goal of neutron detectors for safeguarding (waste management) and scientific applications. These thin and low mass detectors, with high yield and low power requirements, have made significant progress in the past years.  There are opportunities for students in several aspects of this project.

Requirements

The project will involve actively working in the laboratories within SPA, including our clean rooms, and will require travel to external sites in order to perform field tests of equipment developed.
