Project Description:

CMOS pixel sensor technology for imaging has matured to a level that is sufficient for these devices to replace CCDs in many circumstances.
The technology has many widespread applications. We are working on developing fast, intelligent, radiation hard sensor technology suitable for 
future applications at the CERN Large Hadron Collider and for a future Higgs Factory. The use of this technology is truly generic as it has a
number of potential applications for scientific experiments and for industrial uses.

Comments: 

This project is based on working in collaboration with national and international partners and would require some travel (mainly within the UK).
