I am a graduate from the University of Nice - Sophia Antipolis, France.
I have a Licence (BA equivalent) in Lettres Modernes and in FLE (Teaching French as a Foreign Language).
I have a Maîtrise (MA equivalent) also in Lettres Modernes (French Modern Literature- investigating Eugène Ionesco as a multifaceted author).
I obtained my DEA (MPhil equivalent) in Lettres et Civilisations (Comparative Literature- English/French- studying dramatic and symbolic intertextuality -Shakespeare, Maeterlinck, Jarry-).
I moved to the Uk do to a PhD at the University of Manchester, in Humanities (French Early Modern Literature- looking at the representation of ultra-violence in the inter-subjective relationships in French tragedies from 1580 to 1620).
I have developed my academic career at the University of Manchester from 2004 to 2017 as a French Language Lecturer, before relocating south.

Research Interests:
My research interest has always revolved around 2nd language acquisition, the relation between Language teaching/learning and Drama, Media and Technologies.
