The new volume of Penn Working Papers in Linguistics is out, featuring four of our very own linguists!

In the most recent volume of Penn Working Papers in Linguistics 24.2, there are three papers by QMUL Linguists. PhD student Nate Young has an article on his PhD reserach on Swedish multiethnolects, Copycats, ja dom shouf: Using hip hop to compare lexical replications in Danish and Swedish multiethnolects; PhD student Shivonne Gates has an article on her PhD resarch on ethnicity, diphthongs, and MLE, Why the Long FACE?: Ethnic Stratification and Variation in the London Diphthong System; and Prof Devyani Sharma and Dr Kathleen McCarthy have a paper titled Attentional Load and Style Control.
