Berlin is a Teaching Fellow in Business Management on the Pre-Masters Graduate programme. He is the module lead for Contemporary Issues in Business Management and Introduction to Business Management. He supervises students on their business research project proposals.

Before joining the Queen Mary University of London, Berlin taught, assessed, and moderated on courses, including Strategic Management, Corporate Strategy, Marketing, Brand Management, Consumer Behaviour, Marketing Communications, and Business Environment at the University of Sunderland, University of West London, the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance, and the London School of Science & Technology.

He is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (2015) and a recipient of the University of West London’s Student Union Star Teacher Award (2016). Berlin currently serves as a Public Reviewer for the UK National Institute for Health Research on Long Covid.

Before moving into academia, Berlin was a market researcher for TNS Plc, now part of Kantar Group. He has served as a paralegal for a human rights charity, a radio broadcaster for CRTV’s FM94, and a print journalist for the Chariot newspaper.

He holds an MBA from the University of Roehampton and an Executive MBA in International Marketing from PHW, Switzerland. He also holds a bachelor’s degree (honours) in Journalism & Mass Communication and Political Sciences from the University of Buea, Cameroon
