Badminton Tournament

Welcome to the QMUL Confucius Institute X QM Badminton Doubles Tournament!

Location and time:

The tournament will happen on Sunday 24^th February 2019 at Qmotion Sports and Fitness Centre, E1 4FZ

Time: 10am-5pm;

This event is capped at 56 people so make sure to sign up quick!

This is a doubles tournament, so sign up with a partner. 

Prizes:

1^ST PRIZE:

1 YEAR CHINESE LANGUAGE AND CULTURE COURSE (WORTH ￡500) EACH (more details on that later)

OR ￡50 AMAZON VOUCHERS AND MEDALS

2^ND PRIZE:

￡30 AMAZON VOUCHERS AND MEDALS

3^RD PRIZE:

CHINESE COLLECTIBLES

 Info about the day:

Format:

Matches in GROUP STAGE will be played in a round robin format. Each match will be 1 SET

Every match after R16 this will be played to 3 SETS

The winners of the semi-finals will proceed to the finals to compete for 1^st and 2^nd place and the losers of the semi-finals will compete for 3^rd prize.

Feather Shuttlecocks will be used on the day!
