ECOM134 - Risk and Regulation for International Banks

This course gives an overview of the main standards in the Basel regulation package focusing primarily on capital requirements from both a theoretical and practical perspective. A strong background in risk management is not essential although an understanding of basic concepts is a plus. Problem solving sessions will be given in parallel where needed to cover more technical aspects and applications. At the end of the course, students will be equipped with a firm understanding of the tools needed to work in the regulatory risk management space.
