The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) Foundation is offering a bursary for a talented but financially disadvantaged (a family income of circa £25,000 pa) school leaver who would like to study the BSc Accounting and Management programme.
The winner will receive £4000 towards living costs each year, for all three years of the programme. The money will be paid from Queen Mary's Bursaries Office by December each year.
All nationalities are welcome to apply. We will select the best and most deserving student candidate taking into account the following factors:
You must have an offer for the programme at the time of applying. You must also provide your exam results on the application form. Therefore, you may not be able to apply until very close to the deadline. We have purposely set the deadline for the week after A-level results will be announced in England. If you are due to receive your exams results later than 18 August, please notify us and we will try to be flexible.
To apply, please download and complete the application form. Email the completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org by 5pm (British Summer Time) on 18th August 2020.
We will shortlist the applications and then interview (online or phone, not face-to-face) the shortlist. The winner will be notified before the beginning of the semester (21st September).
If you have any questions about the bursary, the programme or the selection process, please contact Dr Ishani Chandrasekara email@example.com
