Comments: The enzyme from the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis is multifunctional and also catalyses the epimerisation of the 2'-hydroxy group of 7,8-dihydroneopterin (EC 184.108.40.206, 7,8-dihydroneopterin epimerase) and the reaction of EC 220.127.116.11 (dihydroneopterin aldolase).
