Rodent model of fixed-pressure haemorrhagic shock and resuscitation (5hrs).

Preclinical modelling of massive bleeding and hypovolemic shock, with resuscitation using shed blood and crystalloid to conduct translational and discovery research testing the impact of novel resuscitation strategies upon coagulopathy and organ dysfunction.
