The Genome Convergence Pipeline library is an API for running batch-enabled high-throughput analyses of aligned genomic data, primarily to explore signals of adaptive molecular convergence.
Currently recoding existing pipeline from bioperl to Java, and developing new tools. Future goals are to provide GUI control of cluster computing job submission / monitoring, as well as GUI dynamic programming of analysis pipeline construction.
