The Learner Engagement Analytics (LEA) Development Pathway at Queen Mary
Stage 1: We have a self-directed online course on the fundamentals of LEA and engagement markers available for staff to complete in QMPlus
Stage 2: Once you have an understanding of LEA, technical support and training should be sought on the platforms you intend to use for LEA. To find out more about the range of QMplus Workshops and Resources available, visit the CPD Training platform or the TELT webpage.

QEngage training can be arranged by submitting a ticket to request this through the Queen Mary IT Service Desk with lea@qmul.ac.uk cc'd.
Stage 3: When set up on your chosen platform, arrange a workshop with Dr Usman Naeem on interpretating your data for interventions and curriculum design by contacting qmacademy@qmul.ac.uk . The workshops will explore how you might use your LEA data to reduce Not Eligible To Progress (NETP), improve learner outcomes, continuation rates and satisfaction.
