Sophie will be working with the Queen Mary Academy as a Fellow 2022-24. Sophie’s Fellowship will focus on the student transition to university, by identifying barriers and facilitators through a peer-led intervention.
The project aims to explore the sense of wider community at Queen Mary and within Schools, with an emphasis on bridging peer support between year groups to facilitate students’ transition to university. As well as helping to improve the sense of community, the project also aims to develop leadership and mentorship skills in peer leaders.
