I lead the Queen Mary Academy’s taught programmes Certificate in Learning and Teaching (CILT) and Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice (PGCAP), with responsibility for managing the programmes, leading modules, teaching and supporting colleagues. I have a particular interest in promoting inclusive approaches to the curriculum.

I am an Applied Linguist with a PhD in motivational beliefs about speaking in language learning and have previously worked at the University for the Creative Arts, SOAS and the University of Southampton.
