Work Experience: 

Prior to joining the School of Politics and International Relations at Queen Mary, Meena worked in a number of camps with the Danish Refugee Council in Greece for three years. Her work involved enabling vulnerable migrants’ access to services and reporting on the protection challenges faced by migrants. More recently, she reported on the protection and legal context in Greece, in addition to assisting with protection programme development and implementation, and conducting research focused on the experiences of migrants in Greece. Meena has worked in the UK, Greece and Afghanistan.
