Head of School, Jeremy Jennings, was one of the distinguished guests invited to attend the launch of the Adam Smith Global Foundation in Kirkcaldy, Scotland. Hosted by former Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, the launch was marked by a lecture from Sir James Wolfensohn, former President of the World Bank, and a colloquium devoted to the work of Adam Smith. Adam Smith, author of The Wealth of Nations, was born in Kirkcaldy in 1723.
