What will I be given when I have completed Online Enrolment
Student ID card
In September, you will be invited to collect your student ID card at an allotted time. This card will grant you access to buildings, you can use it to join the gym and, if you are fully enrolled, it will let you borrow books from the Library. Please note that if you are temporarily enrolled, you will not be able to borrow books until you are fully enrolled. Find out more about collecting your student ID card and what you need to bring with you.
Student Status Letter
Once you are fully enrolled we will register you with Gradintelligence, the service provider of our official Student Status Letter. You will receive an email from ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ asking you to activate your account and we request that you do this as soon as possible so that you are able to self-serve and access your official Letter. The Student Status Letter can be used as a bank letter, for council tax exemption purposes and as a certificate of study.

You will be sent your IT credentials via email in advance of enrolment. You can find out more information about accessing the University's Wi-Fi and your email on the IT Services Website.
