Once we have received all of the required documentation you will be fully enrolled in absentia, and an email will be sent to your university and personal email address confirming your status. During the process of enrolment, you will also gain access to our Virtual Learning Environment (QMPlus) and receive your Queen Mary email and network account information. If you have any queries about QMPlus or your university account, please contact your academic department directly or Queen Mary’s IT Helpdesk, who will be able to help you.
Once you are fully enrolled on the distance learning programme, you will be sent a Queen Mary student ID card using the photo uploaded to the MySIS student portal as part of the pre-enrolment stage. Please ensure your contact details are correct and allow 4-6 weeks for printing and postage. Your first ID card will be free of charge. All replacements for unexpired cards will incur a fee. Should you sit an exam at one of the London campuses or use the library, you may be asked to present your student ID card.
