Stand-up mathematician, and Queen Mary outreach star Matt Parker has won this year's Joshua Phillips Award for Innovation in Science Engagement (Josh Award).
The Josh Award recognises up-and-coming talent in the science communication field, and innovative approaches to engage the public with science. Matt is currently performing "Your Days Are Numbered: the maths of death" during Manchester Science Festival.
