Year 11 Maths Summer Schools are back for their second year with applications now open.

This year's Summer Schools are taking place on the following weeks:
Summer Schools give students a valuable opportunity to get to know a university campus, gain a more in-depth understanding of a subject they enjoy studying and meet new friends.
The students' introduction to university life will include the chance to discover some new areas of mathematics, complete problem-solving tasks and mini-research projects to develop their understanding of university-style learning and teaching.
Also included in the programme is information and guidance on topics including choosing the right university course, the application process and careers for maths graduates as well as time spent socialising with new friends and getting to grips with the non-academic side of student life!

Our aim is for students to have an enjoyable and rewarding introduction to life at Queen Mary and leave with a better understanding of university and the knowledge to approach their next steps with confidence.
