The Life Sciences Institute Centre for Computational Biology are kickstarting their next series of workshops on Monday 29th of October. We'll hear from two Rutherford Fellows on their research in the field of health data science. Prof Claude Chelala will give an overview of the Centre and HDR UK London.

- Rashmi is a MRC UKRI Health Data Research UK Fellow in the Department of Psychosis Studies at the Institute of Psychiatry Psychology & Neuroscience, King's College London. His work centres on using EHR data in psychosis phenotyping and prediction
15.00-15.30 Dr Kit Curtius "Spatial evolution of Barrett’s esophagus: insights from molecular clocks and mechanistic modelling"
- Kit is a Rutherford Fellow who is using mathematical mechanistic modelling to inform optimal cancer screening recommendations, to perform patient risk stratification, and to ultimately better prognostication and precision medicine.
