All members of the Queen Mary Alumni Association* are entitled to reference only access to all Queen Mary University libraries.
In order to use the Library, Queen Mary Alumni need an Alumni Extra Card. This has a one-off cost of £10.00 and gives reference access to all libraries without an expiry date - please note access may be restricted at certain times of the year, for example during exam time.
Alumni are welcome to access all the printed materials and learning resources on open shelves but they have no borrowing rights.
Furthermore, they have no access to e-resources, PCs, Queen Mary Wi-Fi network and printing facilities.

Alumni Extra Cards are only available to order online and will be sent out to you by post. If you would like to register for an Alumni Extra Card, please apply online. Once you have completed the online application, please remember to email a passport-style photo of yourself as a JPEG attachment to alumni@qmul.ac.uk. Your Alumni Extra Card cannot be processed without a photo. Upon receipt of your payment and digital photograph, your Alumni Extra Card will be processed and posted out to you at the earliest opportunity.
