Helping students to realise their potential
Library Teaching and Learning Support team provide advice and guidance to help students to develop the academic skills they need to excel at university. We do this by delivering one-to-one tutorials, workshops and online resources for students at all levels. We also work with peer mentors and collaborate with academic staff to embed our support into the curriculum.
From understanding how to make the most of your memory, to time management and staying healthy, we have lots of information about revising for exams. For more details and to book onto our workshops, take a look at our Revise Well page.
“The Master’s Dissertation Workshops were very useful, especially during the current pandemic. They helped me to incorporate all the main sections of the dissertation from creating a research question, literature review, methodology, to the conclusion. Olu and Jack were excellent facilitators of the sessions and made themselves available for 1-1 meetings, which helped to address any questions or concerns I had. Thank you for making these workshops available!”— Victoria, MSc Marketing
