Gianni Sonvico Bursary

Gianni Sonvico was one of QMUL’s most outstanding School of Law graduates, who sadly died before starting what promised to be an extraordinary career. The School of Law is proud to offer a £12,000 bursary in Gianni’s memory.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be assessed by Student Finance as having a residual household income of £35,000 per year or less.
• Applicants must be in the first year of the 3-year or 4-year LLB programmes.
• Applicants must have attended state school.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of household income, details of other financial support, and a tenancy agreement at offer stage.

Awardees will be eligible to apply for renewals in the following academic year, provided they meet the renewal criteria outlined to them upon award.
