This course continues to address the major creative industries which were introduced in Intellectual Property and the Creative Industries I, the way in which they operate and their impact on the national and global economy. This module will focus on specific creative industries, including music, fashion and video games and the how the intellectual property aspects of these industries impact commercial considerations and global development of these areas. Liability as to on-line infringement within these particular sectors will also be examined. The intellectual property considerations of these industries will be examined in various jurisdictions providing the course with international and comparative scope.
