QLLM407 Entrepreneurship Law Clinic (Sem 2)


Entrepreneurship Law Clinic is a unique opportunity to advise start-ups and entrepreneurs and to develop your legal professional skills under supervision from lawyers from leading law firms and industry partners from Tech City. In this module you will attend classes on legal skills (drafting, research, interviewing, presentation), understand the environment that start-ups work in and the challenges they face, and how to approach practical legal and ethical issues. You will also counsel and provide written legal advice to clients in the tech sector at qLegal.

This module is legal-practice focused. However, previous practical legal experience is not required.


This module will be capped at 12 students.
