Enrolment

Your Admissions team will confirm your place and invite you to complete Online Enrolment via MySIS

6 September 2023: Student ID Card Collection

Online Enrolment must be completed prior
Cards will be distributed at the Student Enquiry Centre on the Mile End campus (15:30-16:30)

6–8 September 2023: PG Law Induction (1 weeks)

A detailed schedule will be available late summer The induction programme is designed to:

welcome students onto their programme of study
meet the academic and professional services staff and fellow students on your programme
modules information and guidance
learn how to use QMplus online virtual learning
meet the Careers teams
intro to Library facilities
academic skills sessions

During this period you will be attending lectures and tutorials.

11 September: Teaching starts
11 – 14 September 2023: Fundamentals Of Law (IPLC134) – taught twice daily (Intensive)
18 September 2023: Main teaching starts – classes are held normally Monday, Tuesday and Friday (subject to change)
13 October 2023: Fundamentals of Law and Professional Ethics (IPLC134) assessment (Multiple Choice Quiz element) – including Ethics only assessment
15 December 2023: Semester ends - Teaching may finish one week earlier TBC
15 December 2023 – 3 January 2024: Study period
4 – 19 January 2024: Online Examinations – IPLC132 15 January 2024 - IPLC140 09 & 11 January 2024 (two elements) – IPLC141 17 & 19 January 2024 (two elements)
4 January 2024: Fundamentals of Law (IPLC134) Course Essay Submission
May 2024 (various dates): Resit Period
