International Principles of Sovereign Insolvency.
Summary of Research
The thesis tests the proposition that the identification of public international law principles regarding sovereign insolvency has the potential to improve the present regime for dealing with sovereign debt crises. More concretely, the thesis will explore whether international law as it now stands offers a stock of principles with regard to sovereign insolvency.
