Dr Tom O'Shea will deliver two presentations in Luxembourg on 4 July 2014. In the morning, he will join the Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (LPEA) Tax Committee's breakfast event. The presentation will be entitled, 'The OECD's action plan against BEPS and its impact on Private Equity in an EU context'. He will then be speaking at the Young International Fiscal Association on the topic of 'The Compatibility of BEPS with EU Law'.
