Dr Ann Mumford discusses Budget and Tax Policy from a Gender Perspective at the Complutense University in Madrid

Dr Ann Mumford participated in a distinguished panel on budgeting processes at the Complutense University, Madrid, on 11 May 2011. The debate format addressed "Budget and tax policy from a gender perspective in Scotland, UK, Sweden and Canada ". The panel is part of the collaboration between the British Council, the Women’s Directorate of the Madrid Regional Government and the Complutense University (Chair of Gender Studies). Participants included Professor Kathleen Lahey (Queens University, Canada), Professor Asa Gunarsson (Umea, Sweden), Professor Paloma de Villota (Universidad Complutense de Madrid), and Professor Ignacio Ferrari (Universidad Complutense de Madrid).
