This event will discuss the new hydrocarbons legal, fiscal and contractual regime in Mexico and its new institutional framework. It will also comment on the opportunities and challenges in Mexico’s upstream sector and what is to expect from next year bidding round (Round 1) and PEMEX farm-outs.
