Sir Ross Cranston (Former Director of CCLS and now Professor at LSE) will present his acclaimed new book Making Commercial Law through Practice, on 2nd November 2021, 18.00 at CCLS Lecture Theatre.

The event will be chaired by Mrs Justice Sara Cockerill (the Judge in charge of the Commercial Court) and Sir William Blair (Queen Mary University of London, 3VB), Ian Walden (Queen Mary University of London), Rosa Lastra (Queen Mary University of London), and Judy Fu (3VB) will join the panel discussion.

Commercial law has developed to make commerce work, and as it changes, so the law must reflect this. English commercial law is widely used internationally, and this panel will explore how historic themes identified by Professor Cranston continue to resonate into the future.
