Speakers

  • Carlomaria Setti: "Difference in Treatment and Comparability Under EU Law: A Path Through the Direct Tax Case Law of the ECJ"
    Carlomaria Setti is an Italian lawyer focusing on domestic and international tax matters. A former AFS exchange student, he earned his law degree cum laude from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan in 2009. Carlomaria holds an MA in Taxation from the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London (2013).
