FATCA in Context - an International Tax Law Seminar

In order to provide LLM in Tax Law students with a forum to develop an understanding and discuss their own views on current developments in international tax law, a workshop has been scheduled around a challenging piece of US legislation: FATCA – Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act. The session will aim to place FATCA into context, both within the existing US and international tax law arena. A selection of high calibre speakers from practice will share their views and insight and invite an active debate.

Registration is from 2.00pm with a prompt start at 2.30.
