In the Corporate Finance and Law module Danny Tricot, Partner at Skadden Arps, will speak on Initial Public Offerings and Secondary Markets.
Danny Tricot leads Skadden’s European corporate finance practice. He has experience across the full spectrum of capital markets work, including equity and debt work, acting for issuers and underwriters. Danny spoke about the reasons behind companies’ listing, the choice of market and described in detail the IPO process and the role of secondary markets in a successful IPO process.
