In the professional worlds of legal and business services, having knowledge and expertise isn’t enough.  In order to assure others, legal professionals need to act with confidence themselves. Having impact and developing effective relationships in a work environment relies on great communication skills.

This half day workshop will explore self-assurance and presence in professional life and will help you to develop your own personal approach to acting with confidence.

The session will include:

  • Feeling confident and overcoming reticence
  • Acting with confidence
  • Developing a strong professional persona
  • The importance of stature and status
  • Developing presence and gravitas
  • Finding your unique professional voice
  • Effective communication and relationship building

This will be an experiential session, with an opportunity to practice skills.
