Energy & Climate Change Law Institute alumni event, A Discussion on How Climate Change is Changing the Law and Commercial Practice. Our panellists were alumni from various fields of law and business who shared their insights and perspectives on the challenges and opportunities posed by the global environmental crisis.

The panel discussion covered topics such as how climate change:

  • affects human rights, environmental justice, and corporate accountability
  • impacts contracts, transactions, and dispute resolution
  • influences regulatory frameworks, policy making, and compliance
  • creates new markets, innovations, and collaborations
