Applications are sought for two Clinical Trials Fellows to work in GU cancer clinical trials under the supervision of Professor Thomas Powles. The research will be based in the Centre for Experimental Cancer Medicine, Barts Cancer Institute, within the Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, Queen Mary University of London.

The postholders must have a Medical degree from a recognised institution, GMC registration and Specialist registrar grade or below. Essential requirements for this post include relevant experience in GU cancers. Relevant lab or clinical trial experience and experience of scientific data handling would be an advantage. A demonstrated ability to communicate well, work within a team and maintain good laboratory records are also essential.

The Barts Cancer Institute requires applicants to provide all certificates at interview to confirm their qualifications (specified in the Job Description).

The post is based at the Charterhouse Campus in London and St Bartholomew’s Hospital. It is a full time post (35 hours / week), fixed term for 12 months, with an immediate expected start date. The starting salary will be in the range of £34,563- £50,025 per annum (pro-rata), inclusive of London Allowance.
