Dr Kim May Lee
Lecturer in Medical Statistics
After gaining a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with Actuarial Science from the University of Southampton, Kim started a PhD in Statistics at the same university in 2012. Following her PhD, she moved to the MRC Biostatistics Unit, University of Cambridge to work as a research associate in the area of clinical trial design and analysis. She joins Queen Mary University of London in Feb 2020 as a Lecturer in Medical Statistics.
Kim supports the teaching of a third year module on Drug Discovery and Design.
Kim’s research interests include missing data analysis, adaptive trials, and Bayesian data analysis. She is particularly interested in resolving real life clinical trial problems from the design perspective.
