Organised by the Global Opportunities Office, the event will be delivered in liaison with Queen Mary University of London's Careers & Enterprise, Library Services and Public Engagement teams. Facilitating the exchange of best practice in London, we are looking forward to welcoming colleagues from across the sector from a wide variety of origin countries.
The event will focus on three thematic tracks:
We will consider applications from staff working at any European higher education institution holding an ECHE and from anyone working at one of our partner institutions across the globe.
We encourage junior and intermediate-level staff to apply, including those who have never undertaken a staff training mobility before.
Priority will be given to applicants from our partner institutions.
There is a participation fee of GBP 90 which includes some catering and social activities. Accommodation is not included in the participation fee.
The application form is available here. Application deadline is 15 February 2019.

In the application, participants will be asked to disclose any mandatory occupational health requirements (including but not limited to any disability and dyslexia concerns) so we can liaise with our Occupational Health Service in advance of your arrival in order to make every effort that you have access to sufficient support during a visit.
It remains the sole responsibility of the participant to prepare for a visit to the UK to 1) determine their individual visa requirements and 2) to secure any necessary visa.

Erasmus+ ICM Programme participants who will be receiving an Erasmus+ grant (paid by Queen Mary) will not be required to pay the participation fee. The Global Opportunities Office will deduct the participation fee from the Erasmus+ grant payment made to the participant.
Following initial confirmation regarding the success of their application, participants from our Erasmus+ ICM Programme partners will receive subsequent communications in April from the Erasmus+ Coordinator regarding the contractual paperwork that will need to be completed.
The week will combine events and activities with the entire participant group as well as those offered under the tracks below. Each of the three Queen Mary teams have developed a series of relevant workshops and topics on their particular theme.
