History of Modern Biomedicine Research Group present at conference in Glasgow

The History of Modern Biomedicine Research Group (link is external) will be attending the Sixth International Workshop on the History of Human Genetics (link is external) in Glasgow on June 5th and 6th. Professor Tilli Tansey will deliver a plenary lecture on ‘You’re all history now: recording the voices of modern genetics’. The group will present two posters outlining their work on the history of Medical Genetics with a particular focus on the History of Gene Mapping Workshops. They will also conduct individual interviews with some of the eminent figures in attendance at the conference.
