Dr Mark Glancy is giving a keynote lecture to the 'Sabotaging Hitchcock' conference (link is external) at the University of Dresden. Dr Glancy's talk, entitled 'Politicizing the Thriller in the 1930s', explores the anti-Fascist themes in Alfred Hitchcock's classic thrillers, including The Man Who Knew Too Much, The 39 Steps, Sabotage and The Lady Vanishes.
