Visa letter applications
Applications for visa letters will be open from Thursday 27th September until midday on Thursday 15th November.
Please use the form below to apply for a visa letter from Queen Mary University of London. The Events and Ceremonies Team will use the information below to prepare a letter for you personally, or each member of your family you wish to invite to attend the ceremony. You can choose to have the letter(s) sent to you by post or you can request to collect the letter(s) from the Events and Ceremonies Office in person.
Visa Letters will take up to 10 working days to produce and send out from our office. Any forms submitted before bookings open, will not be processed until the week commencing October 8th. this is due to teh fact that all visa letter requests will be checked against valid ticket purchases. Please note that if you provide an overseas address, they could take significantly longer to reach you. You are therefore strongly advised to provide a UK address and then forward the letters yourself to any relatives overseas. All documents must be originals and not photocopies. If you choose to collect your letter(s) from the Events and Ceremonies Office, please wait for the Events and Ceremonies Team to notify you that it is ready for collection.
