If you or any of your guests have any special requirements which the Events and Ceremonies Team should be aware of, you must inform us of them when booking your tickets. There is a section in the online booking system where you can let us know of such requirements and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Please note that there is no parking available at Mile End. You are strongly advised to travel by public transport and the closest underground station is Mile End (served by the Central, District or Hammersmith & City lines) or Stepney Green (served by the District or Hammersmith & City Lines). Please use the TFL website to plan your journey to Mile End in advance using the online journey planner tool.
A very limited number of disabled parking spaces are available for Blue Badge holders only. If you or a relative are a Blue Badge Holder, you should request a space when you book your graduation tickets by completing the 'Special Requirements' box. Please ensure you are aware of the blue badge number, vehicle registration and vehicle details at the time of booking. You will receive an email confirming your parking space and allocated time slot nearer the time.
Please give us as much detail as possible to ensure we can put in place the proper arrangements. For example, please do let us know if your guests need to have seats on the ground floor, seats that do not require any steps or seats with extra leg room. Alternatively, if you require space for a wheelchair this can also be arranged.
If you need to let us know something urgently, or forgot to say when booking, please email email@example.com with your full name, ceremony date and time, and order reference number. We will do all we can to accomodate any special requests made.
