2020 Virtual Celebration

Join us on Wednesday 4 November for a specially curated virtual experience celebrating the class of 2020.

 

The virtual celebration will provide you with an opportunity to come together with your peers and lecturers to recognise and celebrate your academic achievements. 

The virtual celebration is open to all postgraduate students from the class of 2020 and is not dependent on awards being confirmed by the time of the celebration. We welcome all students from the class to attend. 

 

How to book for the Class of 2020 Virtual Celebration 

All students wishing to attend their virtual celebration will need to register to attend.

Bookings will open at midday on Friday 9 October (UK time) and will close at midday on Friday 23 October (UK time). Booking requests made after this date cannot be guaranteed.

How do I book my place at the Class of 2020 Virtual Celebration?

1) When bookings for your school are open please click here.

2) Type 'Queen Mary University of London' into the box. 

3) Select your School from the drop down list on the right hand side.

4) Follow all of the on screen instructions to book your place.

5) Receive your confirmation email. 

Please note, you do not need to book a place for friends and family - they will be able to participate by sharing your link to the event with them. The link to the event will be sent nearer the time and will not be sent in your confirmation email. 

Once I have booked my place what happens next?

You will be sent a link that will allow you to access the Class of 2020 Virtual Celebration taking place on Wednesday 4th November before the event. This link will not be shared in your confirmation email. Each school will be running their event at an allocated time. Please note each session will last between 30 and 90 minutes dependent on school.
