There’s no place like home?

Globe visited Baytson Hill, Platun’s home village. One of the women we met spoke about living in a bubble and people staying close to where they are “born and bred”.

Rolling Globe around Shropshire allows us to compare and contrast Globe’s journey around East London, where 41% of inner London’s population is foreign born, compared with 4% in Shropshire.

Will Globe reveal similarities or highlight differences between urban and rural locations? Will people’s attitudes about home and migration vary, contradict or appear more complicated?
