Globe travels to the Royal Geographical Society

On 30th August Globe will be travelling across London to take part in the Royal Geographical Society annual conference.

She will be on display throughout the event where globes from the society's prestigious collection are housed. We will also be talking about Globe in two sessions at the conference:

On Wednesday 31st at 9am as part of the  'Leverhulme artists in residence: panel discussion'. And on Friday 2nd September at 11.10am in a session on 'Housing is a verb: Exploring how mobile people dwell in multilocal / multitemporal home.'

She will stay at the RGS for the weekend and then travel back to the Kingsland Road on Monday 5th September. From there we'll roll her back to Queen Mary. Look out for her in Hackney on Monday and please come and join us if you'd like to roll too!
