Two grants for Dr Cathy McIlwaine

1. British Academy small grant to work on ‘Transnational voting practices among Colombian migrants: the Colombian 2010 Elections from the UK and Spain’. This is part of a wider project that involves collaboration with colleagues at Princeton and Florida International in the US and with various researchers in Colombia.
2. Westfield Trust small grant for a project entitled ‘From Latin London to Londres Latina: creating a handbook and website for the Latin American community in London’. This is for dissemination of existing research.
