Kate Hardy wins place in The Guardian journalism competition

Kate Hardy has won a place in the Guardian journalism competition for a short piece she wrote about her research in Argentina on sex workers and HIV/aids prevention. The piece can be accessed below:

The prize involves travel with Guardian staff to Africa or Asia, meeting local people and NGO staff as well as £1000 worth of computer equipment. Also, the feature length piece arising from this will be featured in a Guardian supplement in November.
