Invitation to current third year students considering a Masters Degree

Dear Third Years

For those of you considering a Masters Degree next year, we would like to invite you to a drinks reception where you will be able to chat informally with our Masters Program Convenors, Director of Masters Programmes, Director of the Graduate School, Postgraduate Administrator, and current Masters students.

Please also be aware that as current undergraduate students you all qualify for a £1000 fee reduction, as detailed below.

£1000 Masters Bursary for QMUL students graduating this summer

We are offering a £1000 bursary towards tuition fees when Queen Mary graduates progress to a taught Masters programme within the
Faculties of Humanities and Social Sciences or Science and Engineering in 2012/13

Take a Queen Mary Masters degree and get a £1000 bursary

The bursary will be available to students who:

• are home (UK and EU) students graduating from Queen Mary in 2012 only
• apply for and successfully take up a place on a Queen Mary taught Masters programme within the Faculties of Humanities and Social Sciences or Science and Engineering in 2012/13
• are not holding any other scholarship offers

Applications for admission should be made in the normal way and eligible students will be able to claim the bursary when they pay their fees.
